We have a range of options to make reporting your repair easy. You can report your repair:

  • to any of our staff on site.

Repairs Call Centre

If you report your repair by email or text, you will get an automated reply so you know we have received it.

 

 

We will immediately order your repair, or arrange an appointment for an inspection within 3 working days to check what work is needed.

When you report your repair, our staff will take note of any special needs you may have and tell you what work we will order and how long it will take to do.
