Gas Servicing
Make sure you keep your gas servicing appointment. Around 30 people die each year because of badly maintained gas appliances. Keep your appointment and you could win free gas for a year.

How will I know when you are going to call?

BVH VanWe will give you an appointment around 2 weeks before we call. If the appointment is inconvenient, please contact us and we will rearrange it to a time that suits you better.

If you have a mobile telephone and you have given us your number, we will also send you a text message the night before to confirm your appointment.

Please keep the appointment

Once an appointment has been made, it is important that you are there when we call. If you are out, we will leave a visiting card stating that we could not do your gas-safety check.

You should call us back on the number left on the visiting card as soon as possible to arrange another appointment.

Please don't be one of the few people each year who make it very difficult for our staff to get into their home to do this essential work.

If you regularly miss appointments or won't let us in, we will take legal and other action to get in and we will charge our costs to you.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know in advance. If you don't, our costs increase and our time is wasted.
