 By law, we must carry out a gas-safety inspection in your home each year. Your gas-safety inspection is very important, as it will ensure that the gas appliances in your home are safe.

We want to ensure that you and your family are safe in your home. Please make sure that you keep your appointment for your annual gas-safety inspection.

Not allowing us into your home to do your gas service is a breach of your tenancy. If you refuse access, we can take you to court and you could even lose your home
