Housing Advice
Welcome to our housing advice service.
To help you we have outlined the different areas you are likely to have contact with in the Housing Advice Service, with a brief description of their duties.
Housing advisors provide free, responsive and complete housing advice and help to anyone who could be homeless or threatened with homelessness.
Their main aim is to provide a range of housing options if you find that you are facing homelessness.
This team carries out detailed interviews with applicants. They also offer advice surgeries at the Yourlink service centres.
This team provides housing solutions other than just council accommodation to people who are facing homelessness through advice, referrals and help.
Housing advice officers may visit you at home to discuss other ways of helping you deal with your housing problems.

- Private Sector Tenants
- Family Disputes
