Performance Management

This is the cyclical process of performance management. 

In simple terms you need to: -

  know what you are aiming for
• Do
  know what people at every level in the organisation have to do to meet your objectives,
• Monitor
  know how to measure progress and detect whether you are on track, and
• Review
  take action to remedy or improve the situation.

A robust performance management system forms the foundation for everything that is done within the company to drive continuous service improvement; this is backed up by a cyclical and systematic process or pattern of procedures that are used to link customer and stakeholder needs to the activities carried out within the company.
