Translation and interpretation

Blyth Valley Housing is committed to making sure that everyone has equal access to our services.
Interpretation
We can offer:
- Telephone interpretation - all our staff can access a telephone translation service to help customers whose first language is not English.
- Face to face interpretation - we can organise for an interpreter to be present at interviews with customers whose first language is not English.
- British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting - we can organise for A BSL interpreter to be present at interviews with customers who use BSL as their first language.
Translation and information in different formats
We can offer:
- All of our publications can be translated into the language of your choice.
- We can provide all of our documents in audiotape, CD, Braille or large print.

We welcome calls using Typetalk. If you have a textphone and would like to use the RNID Typetalk service please dial 18001 and then the telephone number of the department you would like to contact.
